1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Ever wanted to see the world from a bug’s eye? Join us on four fun-filled afternoons learning all about some creepy, crawly creatures. We will explore different types of bugs each day, go on a bug safari, learn about the insect life cycle, use microscopes, learn about the value of insects in our environment, and even dig in the dirt! Buggy games and science filled arts and crafts will make this week “fly” by!
June 10-13 1pm – 4pm daily will be open to campers ages 4ish and older.
(The morning camp offered this same week, Butterfly Camp, will be from 9am-12pm. Campers who sign up for both are invited to bring a sack lunch and will have a free bonus hour included from 12pm-1pm that includes Open Tinker Lab after lunch! Click here for more information about that camp.)
*Age ranges are recommended ages. if you have any questions, please reach out to Anna (email@example.com) and she’d be happy to help you determine if it makes sense for children outside that range.
Before participating in the first day of camp, students must return the signed Family Information Form, which will be emailed prior to the week of camp.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in an early drop-off at 8am or late pick-up at 5pm option. If there is interest from multiple families, we’ll contact all participants to offer the option for an additional fee.
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed – If after the first day of camp, you decide this is not a great fit for your child, please contact Anna by phone or in person to discuss either a full refund or registration in another Collaboratory camp instead. Collaboratory reserves the right to cancel (with 100% refund) this session if enrollment is less than 6 kids. We believe strongly that one of the most important elements to learning at the Collaboratory is the collaboration and teamwork with other students. We want to ensure there are enough students to create a powerful team and to grow our thinking power!
